A register for the counter

Tap a piece or scan its label, take the payment, and give the receipt. It runs on a phone, on an iPad at the counter, or on a computer.

Payments

Take cash, card, store credit or a trade-in, or split one sale between them. Card payments go through your own card machine and bank. Al-Mizan records how each sale was paid and takes no cut.

Each worker can give a discount up to the limit you set.

Returns and layaway

Return one piece from a sale, or exchange it for another. With layaway, a customer pays part now and the rest later.

Receipts and customers

Print the receipt, email it, or text the customer a link to it. Each sale stays with the customer, next to their store credit, their special dates and the pieces they wish for.

Without internet

The register keeps working. Sales made while the internet is down are sent when it is back.

Closing the day

Count the cash drawer at the end of the day, and see at once if it is even, short or over.
